Issues with few EUMETCast Terrestrial Clients in the EWC

We are currently experiencing issues with a few EUMETCast Terrestrial Clients in the EWC. We are investigating the problem.

We will contact the affected users directly and provide an update here as soon as we have more information, or by 15:00 UTC today at the latest.

  • Dear all,

    The issue affecting some of EUMETCast Terrestrial machines on the European Weather Cloud has now been resolved. The problem was traced to a malfunctioning network relay, and normal service has been fully restored.

    No action is required on your side.

    We will continue to monitor the service closely and take measures to reduce the likelihood of similar disruptions in the future.

  • We identified the issue and clients affected are getting back to normal. We will close the incident once we verify the service is stable and back to normal for all users.
